Our Custom Laser Collection was born from a desire to create a piece of jewellery that holds real sentiment and lasts a lifetime.

In this size, we have two slightly different pendants. We will choose the pendant style that we think best suits your artwork. If you have a preference of style for your piece, please note this in the special requests box in your cart.

This piece can be purchased as a blank pendant or with one of the below engraving options. Single sided engravings will be on the front of the pendant unless specified otherwise: 

Standard LC Characters: Initials, dates, names or words in one of the three fonts pictured. Please specify your engraving (in either capitals or lower case) and font selection in the special requests when you add to your cart. Character height is 2mm unless it needs to be scaled down to fit your request. Your engraving will be centred unless specified otherwise. 

Single Initial | $15

Multiple initials, words or dates | $30 

Custom Artwork: Artwork to be provided by the customer - simple drawings or the handwriting of a loved one. Please respond to your order confirmation with the artwork you would like engraved onto your piece. Your engraving will be centred and in a size chosen by us unless specified otherwise.

Ink Impressions: Artwork to be provided by the customer - ink fingerprints or pet prints. 

The finished piece will depend on the quality of the ink impressions you provide. Your engraving will be as clear and defined as your ink print is. We will do our best to enhance the lines where possible without changing the print itself. In instances where we deem it necessary, we will use only a partial section of the print. If you are not sure about the quality of your ink impressions you are welcome to email a close up, high resolution photo of them to laser@lindencookdesign.com before placing the order and we can advise whether they will be suitable. 

Please use black ink for your impressions. Standard ink kits can generally be found in post shops and stationary stores. Press your finger lightly onto paper that is against a hard, flat surface and try not to roll or smudge the ink. Please do this several times, so the print gets lighter every time. 

Solid gold pieces will last forever and can be worn everyday and don’t require regular maintenance. While each of our gold plated pieces are sent to a specialised electroplating company once they are finished for a much more premium quality plating, all plated pieces will gradually wear over time. We do recommend going for the solid gold option for a beautiful, sentimental piece that can be passed down to generations to come.

We are hesitant to offer gold plating on these pieces, as we aim to create investment pieces that will last forever. However if you do wish to have this piece in the gold plated option, please purchase the silver version and make a note in the special requests box at cart that you would like yellow plating. Our team will invoice you an additional $120 post purchase for the gold plating.

     

    As each piece is handmade to order, our studio lead times vary depending on the style, metal and the time of year that your order has been placed.

    We offer free Express Shipping Aus Wide for all Linden Cook Loyalty members (when signed into your account). Shipping is $15 for non members. Please be mindful that the express shipping is from when your piece has been created, not from the date you place your order. You will receive tracking information once your piece has been sent.

    International - All Countries
    We will ship your parcel with DHL Express for $30AUD. We offer a $15AUD shipping discount for all international Linden Cook Loyalty members. You will receive tracking information from DHL once your piece has been sent.

    Your piece will be sent in a beautiful, plastic free jewellery box that can be used to store jewellery for years to come. Each piece also comes with a microfibre pouch that can be used to store and clean your jewellery.

    While majority of our Impression styles are created using wax casting technique, we now offer Laser Engraving as well. You can shop our Laser Impression collection here.

    Once your Impression order is placed, we will send you an Impression wax kit on express shipping within 1-2 business days.

    Once your wax impressions are processed by us, the lead time to make Impression pieces are generally as follows-

    Silver and Solid Gold pieces - 3-4 weeks

    Solid White Gold - 4-5 weeks

    Gold plated pieces - 7-9 weeks

    Australia Wide

    We offer free Express Shipping for all signed in Linden Cook Loyalty members. If you are not a member, you will be charged $15AUD for shipping of the finished piece. The shipping of the wax kit to you and back to our studio is included in the price of the piece.

    International - All Countries 

    DHL Express $95. This includes three lots of shipping of the Impression Kit back and forth and the finished Impression piece. We offer a $15AUD shipping discount to all international Linden Cook Loyalty members.

    Your finished piece will look exactly as the wax does in print, shape and size so be sure to love how it looks before sending it back to us. This excludes the Signet Ring and Band Ring, which are slightly manipulated to suit the style. All measurements will depend on how the fingerprint is pressed into the wax, dictating the overall size. We recommend sticking to the size guidelines provided on the information card to create the best quality impressions. If your band ring impression is longer than the guide, we may need to trim the print to provide the best quality piece.

    You can email or text us a close-up photo with the flash on of your wax to avoid having to redo your impressions.

    This piece is not suitable for children younger than 12 months of age as their prints may not be defined enough. It is case by case as each child's prints develop at different times.

    If time is of the essence, you can simply gift your loved one the Impression Wax Kit that gets sent to you in the mail when you place your order. It makes a beautiful and thoughtful present, stylishly packaged. This can be sent directly to the recipient.

    Your piece will be sent with Australia Post Express (Signature on Delivery), free of charge for orders over $200. You will receive tracking details when your piece is on the way.

    Laser impressions can be captured from people of all ages, however please note that we require visible lines to engrave the pieces. Fingerprint lines will get clearer/deeper as your child gets older. Please email us images of your ink prints prior to placing your order if you are unsure.
