Linden Cook Jewellery is entirely handmade and uniquely crafted, especially made for you. This means that some pieces may be subject to slight variations due to the artisanal nature of our process.
Production times can vary depending on the design, metal, and current seasonal demand, so standard lead times differ from piece to piece.
Please note: Our production partners will be closed from December 19 to January 12. Some stages of production will pause during this time, and lead times do not include these closure dates.
If you require a piece urgently or by a specific date, we recommend reaching out to our customer care team at info@lindencookdesign.com before placing your order to avoid disappointment.
While some pieces cannot be rushed due to their intricacy, we do have a selection available for earlier dispatch and would be happy to help you find the right option

Your Wax Impression™ Kit will be dispatched via Express Post within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Inside, you’ll find everything you need to create your impressions, along with simple instructions for returning them to us.
Once we receive your completed kit, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. We’ll email you as soon as this is complete to confirm your order has moved into production.
Due to high demand and the custom nature of these pieces, current lead times (once your wax impressions are processed) are:
Silver, Solid Yellow & Rose Gold:3-4 weeks
Solid White Gold: 4-5 weeks
Gold Plated:6-7 weeks

Adding a Silicone Mould?
If you’re adding a Silicone Mould to your order, lead times will extend by at least 3 weeks. The mould is made from your finished piece and allows multiple pieces to be made from the same impression. Add a Silicone Mould to your order here.
