Linden Cook Jewellery is entirely handmade, with each piece unique and especially made for you. This means that some pieces may be subject to slight variations during production. Most pieces from our core range pieces take between 2-4 weeks to create. However, due to high demand and the custom nature of our pieces, standard lead times may be slightly extended.
If you require a piece urgently or by a specific date, please be sure to email info@lindencookdesign.com before placing your order to avoid any disappointment. We will always do our best to get your piece to you in time. We aim to get back to all customer email inquiries within 1 business day.
Wax Impression Kits
For Signature Impression Orders, Wax Impression Kits will be shipped with express 1-2 business days after an order is placed. This kit will include everything you need to make your wax impressions, stylishly packaged to make for the perfect gift.
Impression Collection
Our studio lead times for finished pieces vary by season. Due to high demand leading up to Mother's Day and the custom nature of these pieces, current lead times (once your wax impressions are processed) are:
Silver, Solid Yellow & Rose Gold: 6-7 weeks
Solid White Gold: 7-8 weeks
Gold Plated: 8-10 weeks
Please note that silicone moulds add at least 2 additional weeks to these lead times.
