If your loved one is in palliative care, in hospital, or has recently passed, the Impression™ Priority Kit is the most suitable option. It allows you to capture impressions using a mould, giving you the flexibility to decide which piece you’d like to create at a later date.

Our team understands these moments are deeply sensitive. We can prioritise your order with same-day Melbourne pickup, express courier delivery, or Aus Post Express delivery where possible.

We’re here to guide you through each step — from safely making and storing the impression to later selecting your design. You can also have the kit sent directly to a hospital, care facility, or funeral home if preferred. Just let us know your situation in the checkout notes or contact us directly — we’ll ensure everything is handled with care and urgency.

The Impression™ Priority Kit is designed for time-sensitive situations when you’d like flexibility before deciding on a final jewellery design. It allowins impressions to be captured in a silicone putty mould, which we can use to create any of our Impression™ styles, including necklaces, rings, cufflinks, and more. This option gives you the freedom to decide what feels right later, without pressure.

An Impression™ Kit is only available when you purchase an Impression™ piece in full. It contains everything required for your chosen design. This option is best if you already know the style and size you’d like to create, as your order will be secured at today’s metal price and covered by our six-month price guarantee.

Orders placed before 12 pm (AEST) are usually dispatched the same day. Unless specified, your Impression™ Priority Kit will be shipped with Australia Post Express or DHL express shipping. Any alternative shipping options can be arranged at the buyer’s expense.

Melbourne: For time-sensitive situations, we can organise express courier delivery, same-day pickup from our Melbourne studio or express post. Please contact the customer care team via phone or live chat if you would like to arrange one of these options.

Interstate (within Australia): We use Australia Post Express, which is typically the quickest and most reliable option. If you prefer to organise a private courier, we’re happy to assist and help coordinate this for you.

International: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. If time is critical, please reach out — our team can advise on the best solution or help you explore local supplies that may be available in your region.

Your kit will include instructions on how to create your Impressions with the silicone putty, as well as a QR code for an instructional video that will guide you through each step.

In circumstances when time is limited for taking impressions, we also recommend taking ink prints as a safeguard. This gives you an additional option to engrave the print onto a piece from our Laser Impression Collection.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to create double sided impressions using the Impression™ Priority kit. If you would like an Impression on the other side of your piece, we can engrave this for you using a ink impression.

If you find that the impressions are faint, you can also try to using their knuckle or palm to collect beautiful deeper lines. If you are not happy with the impression, you can easily re-roll the putty and press into it a second time. You have 3-5 minutes to create your impression in the putty, before it starts to set.

After purchasing, you’ll receive your Priority Impression™ Kit, shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday), and step-by-step instructions.

When you’re ready to create your piece, simply get in touch with our team by emailing impression@lindencookdesign.com- we’ll help you finalise your design details and arrange an invoice for your jewellery.

If you’d prefer, you can send your impressions back first. Once they arrive, our team will carefully review them, confirm which impressions are best suited to your chosen pieces, and then guide you through the next steps to place your order.

You’ll have a $305 credit to put toward your custom Impression™ jewellery, which can be used whenever you’re ready to begin your piece.

After we receive your impressions, our team will confirm their safe delivery and begin crafting your chosen design once you’ve finalised your order.

Most Impression™ pieces take 3-7 weeks to complete, depending on the design and metal choice.

Please note, the Impression™ Priority Kit is intended to help you capture impressions sooner, not to fast-track the creation of your jewellery. For an estimate of how long your piece may take to be made, please see our current studio lead times.

You wont need to order multiple Impression™ Priority kits to create multiple pieces. The Impression™ Priority kit includes everything needed to create a silicone putty mould. Our team can then use this mould to create as many Impression™ pieces as you would like, so that each member of your family can have their own sentimental piece.

The Impression™ Priority Kit is non-refundable, but can be fully redeemed toward any Impression™ jewellery piece. You’re welcome to use it at any time, or transfer it to a family member if you prefer.

If you would like to explore alternative options within the Linden Cook collection, this credit would be issued minus the cost of shipping and the Impression™ Priority Kit included in your original order.

If your Impression™ Priority Kit doesn’t arrived in time. We would recommend asking the hospital/vet to take some ink impressions instead. We can use these ink Impressions to engrave the print onto a piece from our laser impression collection. 

Once your order has been completed, we will send your silicone putty moulds back to you along with your finished order for you to hold onto.
