Our team understands these moments are deeply sensitive. We can prioritise your order with same-day Melbourne pickup, express courier delivery, or Aus Post Express delivery where possible. We’re here to guide you through each step — from safely making and storing the impression to choosing the right wax size.

You can also have the kit sent directly to a hospital, care facility, or funeral home if preferred. Just let us know your situation in the checkout notes or contact us directly — we’ll ensure everything is handled with care and urgency.

The Priority Impression™ Kit is designed for time-sensitive situations when you’d like flexibility before deciding on a final jewellery design.

It includes three waxes in every size we offer - X-Mini, Mini, Classic, and Band Ring - allowing impressions to be captured across all Impression™ styles, including necklaces, rings, cufflinks, and more. This option gives you the freedom to decide what feels right later, without pressure.

An Impression™ Kit is only available when you purchase an Impression™ piece in full. It contains three waxes in the exact size required for your chosen design.

This option is best if you already know the style and size you’d like to create. Your order is secured at today’s metal price and covered by our six-month price guarantee.

Orders placed before 12 pm (AEST) are usually dispatched the same day. Unless specified, your Priority Impression Kit will be shipped with Australia Post Express or DHL express shipping. Any alternative shipping options can be arranged at the buyer’s expense.

Melbourne:

For time-sensitive situations, we can organise express courier delivery, same-day pickup from our Melbourne studio or express post. Please contact the customer care team via phone or live chat if you would like to arrange one of these options.

Interstate (within Australia):

We use Australia Post Express, which is typically the quickest and most reliable option. If you prefer to organise a private courier, we’re happy to assist and help coordinate this for you.

International:

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. If time is critical, please reach out — our team can advise on the best solution or help you explore local supplies that may be available in your region.

Your kit will include instructions on how to create your wax impressions, as well as a QR code for an instructional video that will guide you through each step.

In circumstances when time is limited for taking impressions, we also recommend taking ink prints as a safeguard. This gives you an additional option to engrave the print onto a piece from our Laser Impression Collection.

After you have purchased your Priority Impression™ Kit, you’ll receive:

When you’re ready to create your piece, simply get in touch with our team by emailing impression@lindencookdesign.com- we’ll help you finalise your design details and arrange an invoice for your jewellery.

If you’d prefer, you can send your impressions back first. Once they arrive, our team will carefully review them, confirm which waxes are best suited to your chosen pieces, and then guide you through the next steps to place your order.

You’ll have a $305 credit to put toward your custom Impression™ jewellery, which can be used whenever you’re ready to begin your piece.

After we receive your impressions, our team will confirm their safe delivery and begin crafting your chosen design once you’ve finalised your order.

Most Impression™ pieces take 3-7 weeks to complete, depending on the design and metal choice.

Please note, the Impression Kit is intended to help you capture impressions sooner, not to fast-track the creation of your jewellery. For an estimate of how long your piece may take to be made, please see our current studio lead times.

Absolutely. Each Impression™ wax is crafted using the traditional lost-wax casting method, meaning every wax impression becomes one beautifully unique piece of jewellery, created just for you.

If you’d like to make more than one piece, you’re welcome to use multiple waxes from your kit. Simply let us know which wax you’d like us to use for each design, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Yes, you certainly can. To make identical pieces from the same impression, we can create a silicone mould from a finished piece. This mould perfectly captures every detail and allows us to cast an unlimited number of pieces, now or in the future.

The silicone mould is $125 and adds approximately 2–3 weeks to the production of additional pieces. We’ll include the mould with your finished order so you can keep it safely for years to come.

Whenever you’d like more pieces made, simply reach out to our team and send the mould back to us. It’s a thoughtful way to protect a cherished fingerprint and gives lasting peace of mind -knowing it’s always there when you’re ready.

Each new piece will reflect your original wax impression, and for truly identical pieces, the silicone mould is the way to go.

Any unused waxes from your kit are carefully stored as reserves.

If you’d like them returned with your finished pieces, just let us know and we’ll happily send them to you to keep at home.

Otherwise, we’ll safely hold them in our reserve wax storage, ready for future use whenever you’d like to create another piece.

And if you’d prefer these reserve waxes to be respectfully disposed of, simply reach out to our Impression™ Team at impression@lindencookdesign.com - we’ll take care of it for you.

The Priority Impression™ Kit is non-refundable, but can be fully redeemed toward any Impression™ jewellery piece. You’re welcome to use it at any time, or transfer it to a family member if you prefer.
