We are on the lookout for another lovely human to join our Customer Service team at Linden Cook. Our small and tight knit team is doing some reshuffling as our brand grows, so it’s time to add some more talent.
Tasks
Respond and liaise with customers via email, web chat and phone
Coordinate customer returns, exchanges and repairs
Order processing & packing
Assisting with events/projects
Job Requirements:
Customer service experience
A good attitude
Experience with Adobe Photoshop is preferred but not essential
