Customer Service Representative

We’re on the lookout for another lovely human to join our Customer Service team at Linden Cook. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating thoughtful, positive experiences for customers and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll be handling customer service, administrative tasks, and order fulfilment, helping the team run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, web chat, and phone with professionalism and warmth
- Accurately process and fulfil orders
- Assist with quality checks, and carefully prepare and package each order in line with brand standards
- Identify areas for efficiency and improved customer experience
- Share customer feedback with the wider team to support ongoing product and service improvements
About You
- Has 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, with eCommerce experience preferred (though not essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to talk to customers warmly and clearly
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to support daily operations
- A positive, can-do attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
- Attention to detail, ensuring care and accuracy in every task
- Continually seeking ways to refine and improve processes
