Shipping + Returns


Australian orders $10

Your orders will be Express posted for a 1-2 working day delivery once the item has been made. Linden Cook uses Express Post, an excellent service offered by Australia Post.  These services are the most efficient, cost conscious and secure available to deliver your purchase to you.

International orders $15-$20

We ship to Europe, USA and New Zealand using Australia Post. Once the piece has been sent, delivery is within 5-7 days.

If you need a piece delivered to a country not listed above, please contact georgie@lindencookdesign.com for a delivery cost to your country.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian consumer tax known as Goods and Services Tax (GST) (currently 10%); however, they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.  The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it could be necessary to call your local customs office to gain further details.

RETURNS

We do not do exchanges or returns simply because you have changed your mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about the product prior to purchasing it. We will repair manufacturing faults at no cost within 1 month of the purchase date. We reserve the right to not repair, or to add a cost to any goods returned after the aforementioned 2 month period. Manufacturing faults do not include: broken chain; chipped or scratched surfaces; general wear and tear including rings that have been bent out of shape, oxidised or on which the plating is fading. Linden Cook jewellery is made by hand, each piece is individual and therefore slight alterations from the images shown on the website may occur.
