Brand Manager

We are seeking a talented, creative and passionate Brand Manager to drive the artistic direction and brand development of Linden Cook. You will be responsible for creating compelling & effective brand strategies, captivating visual content, and engaging marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with our Creative Director and our Customer Service and Manufacturing teams. We’re all under the one roof. You will shape the brand's identity and enhance its market presence.

Brand Strategy and Identity

Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the company's vision and target audience.

Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market.

Establish brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand representation across all touch points.


Visual Content Development

Create captivating visual content, including product imagery, campaign visuals, and brand collateral.

Oversee photoshoots, ensuring high-quality images that align with the brand's aesthetic.

Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, and designers to execute creative projects.


Marketing and Campaign Management

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the brand strategy and target customer segments.

Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, both online and offline.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.


Social Media and Online Presence

Manage and curate the brand's social media platforms, creating engaging and visually appealing content.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and utilize innovative approaches to enhance online visibility.

Foster brand advocacy through community engagement and influencer collaborations.


Brand Communication and Public Relations

Craft compelling brand messaging and storytelling, conveying the brand's values and heritage.

Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals.

Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media coverage, and brand collaborations.



Proven experience as a Creative Brand Manager or in a similar role within the fashion industry.

Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

In-depth knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies.

Proficient in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Experience managing social media platforms and developing engaging content.

Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
